1. How long does it take for me to receive my order ? 

Orders will be delivered on our next delivery slot.

2. How much does delivery cost ? 

Delivery is FOC for orders over the value of £499 - otherwise it is a flat fee of £40

(we do not currently deliver outside of a radius of 40 miles from Witney (Oxfordshire)

3. How do i receive customer support ?

4. Do you have a showroom ? 

We don’t have a traditional  showroom, but we do have a warehouse display area where you can view our shower panels in person. Customers are welcome to visit, see the products up close, and get guidance from our team.

5. Damaged or missing items

must be reported to us by email or phone call within 24hours from Delivery
